2022 Scholarship Application Rules & Regulations

1. Applicant must have participated in the Chicopee St. Patrick Colleen Contest
2. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college or a post-secondary vocational or training school.
3. Completed application must be post marked by May 1, 2022.
4. Completed application must be accompanied by:
5. Official high school transcript or official transcript of post-secondary scholastic record (whichever is applicable); and
6. Proof of acceptance or enrollment in a 2- or 4-year college or post- secondary vocational or training school, or entering Military
   Service.
