A Parade Marshal for the Chicopee Division of the Holyoke St. Patrick’s Parade shall be named each year. The Parade Marshal will be presented with an appropriate remembrance of his or her designation as such. No Person who has previously served as Parade Marshal of the Chicopee Contingent shall be selected a second time.
